July 19 2019, North Vancouver Nissan
When you need a truck that is capable of hauling, pulling, climbing, and working, the 2019 Nissan Titan XD is your truck of choice. It’s one of the leading crew cabs on the market today. With four available models, the Titan offers you the following choices: S, SV, PRO-4X, and Platinum. Each trim offers gas and diesel options that will suit your needs for work or to transport your family where they need to go.
Power and Capacity in the 2019 Nissan Titan XD
The Titan’s exterior combines function and convenience, and all trims come with plenty of standard equipment and other options. The S model includes a heavy payload capacity of 1,100 kilograms, wide 17-inch wheels, all-season tires, and bed lights so you can work any shift. The SV highlights upgraded wheels, towing equipment, power heated mirrors, and chrome accents.
The PRO-4X is very road-worthy with all-terrain tires, Bilstein shocks, a tailgate step, custom bed liner, and more. Large 20-inch wheels, power heated towing mirrors, and a gooseneck and anchor kit give the Platinum additional highlights.
The Titan offers unleaded gas and diesel power. With the gas engine, you’ll get a 5.6-litre 32-valve V8 monster that produces 390 horsepower and 394 lb-ft of torque. This engine can tow up to 4,996 kilograms while carrying your crew.
Seven-speed automatic transmission with a steering column shifter complements the engine to produce a smooth acceleration and heavy-load shifting. All diesel models include a 5.0-litre Cummins V8 that produces 310 horsepower and a dominant 555 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed Aisin transmission keeps shifting smoothly while pulling heavy loads.
The 2019 Nissan Titan XD’s Interior Keeps You and Your Crew in Mind
Many automakers don’t do enough with their truck interiors to lighten the load for both drivers and passengers. All Titan trims include Nissan’s Advanced Drive Assist Display to increase awareness and Apple CarPlay or Android Auto to provide entertainment during your workday. The SV trim includes an overhead console and upgraded carpet, while the PRO-4X highlights SiriusXM, RearView Monitor, Nissan Voice Recognition, and rear air conditioning vents. The Platinum’s premium interior features premium leather-appointed seats, heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, remote start, and more.
